1、我司在设备安装完毕后，将对贵公司的相关管理人员进行培训，使其能较好的对设备设施进行管理。
2、提供一年内免费更换损坏的部件（天灾、人为损坏除外）。
3、免费协助用户完成净化设备投入使用前的准备工作及使用培训，免费提供相关技术咨询。
2.3 　服务申请及客户责任
1、当您的系统出现故障后，请首先进行如下判断：确保电源线、外在的部件连接线正常，无松动；以上情况均可自行解决或通过电话咨询得到解决帮助。
2、当您的设备确有不能解决的故障需要上门维修时，请直接与本公司联系，具体联系信息见后，当您在申请维修服务时请务必告诉维修人员以下信息：
故障设备名称型号（参见设备的保修证明）；正确、详细的故障现象；
3、现场服务如果需要额外的零件和资料，经用户同意，我们的维修工程师可将产品带回维修，并在修复后送回用户处，由此发生的运输费用由我公司承担。
4、经我司维修或送修后的机器（部件）继续享有保修期的承诺，如距保修期结束已不足三个月，则所更换部件自更换之日起保修三个月。
5、维修需更换的部件采用新的或可与原件性能相当的部件，更换下来的旧备件归我公司所有。
