MICROLUBE GB 0 is a special
mineral oil based lubricant. It has a
high pressure absorption capacity,
provides excellent protection
against wear and corrosion, and
shows a good wetting behaviour
and water resistance.
Application:
MICROLUBE GB 0 was especially
developed for friction points subject
to high loads and mixed friction
conditions.
It is a universal grease suitable for
the lubrication of eccentric presses
(e.g. make Müller-Weingarten),
heavy-duty spur and bevel gears
with steel/steel components (e.g.
gear motors that are not oiltight),
slideways, guides and sump
lubricated rolling bearings.
In the special FZG test A/2.76/50
this product achieves a scuffing load
stage > 12 and a specific change in
weight of < 0.2 mg/kWh.
Application notes:
MICROLUBE GB 0 is applied by
brush, spatula, grease gun or
centralized lubrication system.
Immersion lubrication of gears is
possible up to a peripheral speed of
approx. 3 m/s or via forced-feed
lubrication.
Service temperature range
Approx. – 20 to 90 °C in centralized
or forced-feed systems, and approx.
0 to 100 °C in case of immersion
lubrication.
The lubricant film is functional to
approx. – 25 °C.
The thermal load-carrying capacity
of the lubricant film depends on
relubrication and is up to approx.
150 °C.
The indicated temperatures are
approximate values depending on
the lubricant’s composition, the
intended use and the application
method.
Minimum shelf life:
The minimum shelf life is approx.
36 months if the product is stored in
the original closed container in a
dry place.
Pack sizes:
1 kg can
25 kg drum
180 kg container
